Privacy and security
Here we have compiled all the important information regarding privacy and security when using Focalcube.
Security Measures in Focalcube
Focalcube is built on a secure architecture and is protected by various security solutions. These include strong encryption for communication, password requirements, secure storage of passwords, and two-factor authentication. All stored information is, of course, backed up with the option for point-in-time restore.
Knowledge and Information Protection
Only a few key personnel are aware of the security system's architecture. All staff are bound by a confidentiality agreement, preventing the dissemination of data, information, or customers' or users' personal data. Only authorized personnel have access to this data, with access controlled by Medos.
Incident Management
Medos has an incident process for handling potential information security incidents. This process clarifies information flows, existing procedures, roles, and responsibilities. An incident manager oversees coordination, communication, and the evaluation of incidents to prevent recurrence.
